We are premium vase retailers selling only the highest quality vases. Each one of your products is manufactured to the highest quality possible. Our Vases have won many awards and have appeared on lifestyle programmes on TV.
Ordering Glass Vases
Step 1: Find a vase you like
Scroll through the pages and then select a vase that you like. Once you have selected the vase you want, click on the Paypal button and add it to your shopping cart. Please note that there are two pages of vases you can choose from - view Vases Page 1, Vases Page 2.
Step 2: Shopping cart
Either complete your order in Paypal or click the “Continue Shopping” button and choose another vase. You can also increase the quantities ordered in this screen. You can return to this screen at any time by clicking on 'View Shopping Cart' in the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Order processed and your vase is delivered
Once you place your order, you will get an email confirming your purchase. You vase will then be delivered within 7 days.
Changes To Your Order
You can make changes to your order if you have not paid for your vase. To do this, click 'View Shopping Cart' in the top navigation bar and adjust the quantities up or down. If you have chosen another vase and do not want your first choice, select the box marked 'Remove' and click on 'Update Cart'. You can at this stage return to shopping to continue to browse, or begin the checkout process.
Please note that once you have paid it will not be possible to cancel your order.
Returns & Refunds
Our vases are manufactured to a high quality standard and are checked before they are dispatched. Please check your vase before signing as we will not accept responsibility after it has been signed for. Should your vase be damaged or broken, please return it for replacement or refund.
- Please send us an email notifying us that you will be returning a damaged vase; please include a picture of the damaged vase so we can assess the damage.
- We will contact you with confirmation that the vase should be returned and a returns and invoice number.
- Return the vase in it's original box and packaging (if possible), including a copy of the returns and invoice number email we have sent to you.
- Send the vase, using recorded delivery only, to our distribution centre at the following address:

We will email you to confirm that the return has been processed, and dispatch a replacement vase to the original address. Please note returns may take up to 7 days to process from the time we receive the damaged vase.
Delivery & Dispatch
How long will it take to receive my vase?
All goods are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon – Fri), we use both Royal Mail and ANC couriers. We cannot provide exact delivery times or dates. As an appropriate guide please review the following – vases dispatched by First Class Recorded mail mostly arrive the following day. In some cases it can take longer for a vase to be delivered. A signature will be required when the vase is delivered.
Please allow 10 days for delivery. If your vase has not been received in this time, please email us at info@vases.org.uk.
We will contact you if the vase is out of stock or there is a problem with payment.

We do not share personal information with third parties unless we receive written consent or unless required to do so by law.
